Follow Up

MyWorkshops will be capped in attendance to allow for more presenter/attendee exchange time. After purchase (if not a free webinar), we will send you the official link to the workshop. We strongly suggest you run Zoom for updates prior to each ticketed session. Ticket sales end two hours prior to each event for paid events.

Each MyWorkshop will last 30-45 minutes closing with a Q+A between the presenters and attendees of each topic. All attendees will receive an overview and accompanying worksheets, exercises, or information reference material within 48 hours of attending each MyWorkshop.

Soothe Your Soul

We have all heard about relaxation and stress relief techniques but what about soothing your soul? 

Have you ever considered what one actually does to soothe the soul? There’s more than one way to take care of ourselves in a physical context or to give our minds a break but how does one give our essence of being a break from the everyday hustle?

Have you ever found yourself not feeling relaxed despite an intense effort to do so? Then it could be time for you to address this vital piece of yourself.

Despite popular belief, this aspect of ourselves is just as important as the conceivable ones. If you don’t take the time to truly connect with who you are on a deeper level, your emotions will boil over and you’ll be stuck wondering why you can’t find solace or release from the daily grind.

Here is a simple guide on how to get started in soothing your own soul…

Get in touch

One of the first things you’ll want to do is to put yourself into a state of receptivity with your energetic flow. In order to do this you must clear the annoying little bugs that are running rampant in you mind. 

Take the time to listen to music, meditate, be in nature, and/or focus on a spot on any wall. Get back in touch with the simple things. Let your thoughts run and then simply release them.

Reconnect

Using visualization is an awesome way to get back in touch with our own essence. Picture what it might be like to see your own energy field. There are a vast number of ways to do this.

Is your soul a ball of light? A humanoid figure? A dancing sprite? An orb that surrounds you? Light beams that spread out from your body? An ocean wave? (The sky’s the limit when it comes to picturing what your higher self looks like.)

This simple act can allow for reconnection to a part of you that needs your personal attention. From here you may be able to use your intuition to discover precisely what you need to re-energize. 

Good vibes

Picture yourself being bathed in a soothing white or golden light that stretches down into your body. Imagine the warmth taking over and cleansing all that you’ve been taking into your own frequency. 

As the sparkling vibrancy fills you, imagine it cleansing away all of the negative energy you may have built up by interacting with others or negative situations. (Some people do this in the shower by letting the water run down their face, head, and back while they imagine all of the water cleansing the negative energy down the drain.)

Sit, listen, and focus

Some people find it hard to meditate or visualize this auric part of themselves, and that’s okay! For those of us that can’t, it’s a simple task of sitting down and focusing on a point, object, or specific thoughts that center us.

Clear out the clutter by putting order to the chaotic whirlwind of your mind/emotions and make space for good intentions. These vibes will automatically up your frequency and soothe you from the daily grind. Believe it or not, our soul craves this kind of interaction!

If you can, find the time to listen to some binaural beats or the sound of water to focus your intent. Getting in touch with nature can really help here!

Spend time in a flow

What does it mean to be in ‘a flow’?

In order to find yourself in a flow with everything around you, you can easily relax your frequency by reminding yourself with simple mantras repeated in your mind:

“I am in the flow. I am one with everything. 

As above, so below.

We are all one. The universe and I are in flow.“

Repeating these in our mind instead of repeating negative messages or distractions can center us. These mantras, or one you create, can place you in a state of relaxation that will release you from the constraints of time. 

It’s in this sacred space that you can focus on being in the present moment, simply flowing with all around you as you connect to the positive flow of the universe. 

This guide is only a simplification of the many ways you can soothe your soul and raise those vibes. Our soul/essence/aura/energy/higher self needs just as much attention as our body and mind does. This is how we achieve balancing our inner needs so they can reflect in our outer reality, thus creating a better daily experience for our own energetic balance.

Avoid Awakening Awkwardness

Being awake. Waking up. An awakening. The Universe showing itself to you. The truth. Reality.

All of these terminologies refer to an event that most of us haven’t experienced or are curious about experiencing. But for those of us that have gone through this experience, it’s not as easy or fulfilling at the beginning stages.

If you’ve been going through a spiritual awakening process it’s hard to convey all of the small, large, and intricate details of ‘waking up’ simply– nor is it easy to cope with.

Here are five possible steps that honor a simplified view and get your foot in the door of a healthier growth process if you’re traversing the beginning stages of an awakening.

Take the time to learn how to understand how your mind, body, and soul interweave.

Without an understanding of how vital each piece of us is to balance out the state of consciousness, the harder it’ll be. Learn to differentiate thoughts through meditation to connect with your mind. Connect with your body through movement. Connect to your soul through practice of bringing all three together.

Emotional intelligence is key to breaking the barriers of our mind when it wants to defend itself against this new state of being.

If we don’t fully understand our own present state of emotions or how we feel in detail, we miss the intricate details of how our current state is being affected by our emotions and programmed cycles of the mind. This greatly affects the vibrations of your frequency and holds us in a lower state of vibration. The lower the energetic frequency, the harder it is to cope.

Be honest. When our reality breaks apart and a new understanding presents itself, the fear of being torn down by society’s standards and lying about the experience causes pain and lower frequencies to run rampant. Let yourself be free and grow unheeded. Be authentic and unafraid. Fear holds us back from connecting within and feeling from the inward–outward. Do not be afraid to face the shadow and uncomfortable-ness. You’re becoming whole.

Remove yourself from the distractions. Be in silence. Listen to the earth. Dance with the joy in your heart in quiet. We have to give ourselves the freedom to explore without any kind of distractions from our modern age. Even if it’s only 15 minutes a day or 3 weeks in solitude. Figure yourself out.

Explore love and it’s many different expressions in reality. Explore all that you’ve wanted to learn and cycles of the mind that kept you from learning about the frequency of your heart. Reprogram and reassess your place in the universe and how connected you are to every living being. Find yourself within the simple and the complex. Explore everything and discover how love holds all together within the authentic experience of consciousness. There is no more time for fake–this causes pain.

Grow.

Live.

Learn.

Love.

Explore.

Find your soul-renity.
